Metanoia - Peace is Possible

This week’s topic: “Metanoia - Peace is Possible”, in this video we are invited to look beyond the surface of fasting and into its deeper moral and spiritual purpose.
Fasting is not merely about abstaining; it is about realigning ourselves with values that transcend division. In times of crisis, when differences can easily divide us, we are called instead to embody justice, compassion, and reconciliation. It is in these moments that faith is not simply believed, but lived.
The values of Abraham: faith, sacrifice, sincerity, and unwavering trust, call us to stand for all people, across every line that seeks to separate us: religion, background, identity, and circumstance. This is the same spirit embodied by Paolo Dall’Oglio, who chose dialogue over division and stood in solidarity with those most affected by conflict. Together, these examples remind us that true faith is not selective; it is courageous, inclusive, and rooted in a commitment to human dignity above all.
